PEARL-A Foundation For Educational Excellence will make MOU with Higher Education Institutions (Colleges and Universities) to promote joint Research, training and development activities of mutual interest in the areas of Arts, Humanities, Science including Biological Sciences (Plant Science, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Microbiology), in accordance with their respective needs.

Areas of Cooperation

The Parties agree to collaborate in the following relevant areas:

(a) the exchange of students, faculty members and/or academic and appropriate academic materials and other information of mutual interest for which each Party holds intellectual property rights particularly in the programmes;

(b) the identification of opportunities for exchanges and cooperation and joint training, technical assistance, publication of books and/or journals, research works and   development in disciplines of mutual interest; and

(d) the organization of and participation in joint academic activities such as academic seminars (webinar both Offline and On line) , workshops and symposia and conferences.

(e) Pearl Foundation will assist in conducting academic audit, Assessment and Accreditation and ranking for promotion of academic quality at nominal cost basis.
