The PEARL Foundation for Educational Excellence, at its best would like to strengthen its volunteer numbers since they recognized as the pillars of our Foundation and moreover they play a crucial role in every aspects of the PEARL Foundation for Educational Excellence initiatives. We strongly believe that many of our initiative projects towards the benefit of the society will not be possible in the absence of the volunteers continuing support and contribution.

The PEARL – A Foundation for Educational Excellence has planned to initiate many programmes and conferences towards the benefit of numerous people, including school and college students, graduates, unemployed youths, formers, women, children, etc. in various parts of Tamil Nadu, with an ambition of providing a significant change in their lives. With a strong support from people like you, the PEARL Foundation for Educational Excellence is hopeful that its efforts will snow-ball and many more persons will get benefit from its initiative in the forthcoming years.

As a Foundation with the aim of creating excellence in education, we believe that the conduction of various programs alone will not bring about the social transformation that we are aiming for. So, we walk the extra mile to provide the students with the skill sets and groom them through our employability programs, so that they are readily employable.
